Prohibited Use of the Service

Collusion is a fraudulent activity and involves two or more players acting with a secret, common strategy. Some common forms of collusion are: soft play, that is, failing to bet or raise in a situation that would normally merit it, to avoid costing one's partner or friend money; whipsawing, where partners raise and re-raise each other to trap players in between; dumping, where a cheater will deliberately lose to a partner; and signalling, or trading information between partners via signals of some sort, like arranging their chips in a certain manner.

Chip Dumping is a form of collusion that happens during tournaments, especially in the early rounds. Two or more players decide to go all-in early. The winner gets a large amount of chips, which increases the player's chance of cashing. The winnings are then split among the colluders.

Money Laundering

Money Laundering is illegal and if we determine or have a strong suspicion that such activity is taking place we will close your account immediately and report the case the relevant authorities.

If you have any questions, or if you suspect one or more players of breaking any of our rules, please contact our Risk and Fraud department.
